You may pay your bill online on our bill payment page, on your patient portal account, in person at a Health First clinic.

Payment Assistance

Health First offers payment assistance services for our uninsured and under-insured patients who may have difficulty paying and meet the federal eligibility guidelines.

Billing Questions

Health First Community Health Center utilizes a third party for billing services. If you have a question about your billing statement, please call 1 (855) 260-3680.

Payment Options

Health First provides healthcare services to everyone regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, race or financial status. We accept all major commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, KCHIP and offer a sliding fee scale to all who qualify. The amount of your discount is based on income and family size. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
