Patient Portal

Health First offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records.  It enables you to securely manage and receive medical information about your health.

By accessing the patient portal, you can:

  • View your health summary.
  • View lab results.
  • View scheduled appointments.
  • Print and download your Health First record.
  • Electronically request refills on your medications.

You must have a valid email address listed in your patient demographics in order to sign into our patient portal.  This would be the email address that is supplied to our registration specialist when registering for your patient visit.

If you have already registered an email address and are having problems logging into the patient portal below, please call our Patient Relations Department at 1-877-667-7017.
